Rosty Pavlovskyy is a Principal & Founder, business owner, and Business as a System Strategist working with owner-led companies, learners, and operators.
His work sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, value chain design, finance, accounting, education and AI operating systems. It starts with strategy: where the business is going, what it is being built to become, which constraints are slowing it down, and what kind of structure will let it grow without becoming heavier, noisier, or more dependent on the owner.
The finance, accounting and AI operating systems work is mainly for owner-led small and mid-sized companies, typically generating $3M-$30M in annual revenue.
Strategic belief
Businesses should run on systems, not on their owners.
A business built as a transferable system is usually cleaner, stronger, less owner-dependent, easier to manage, and more attractive to a future buyer. That does not mean every owner must sell. It means the discipline of building something sellable is the same discipline that makes a company good to run.
The belief has a precise edge. It does not mean the business operates with no owner, and it does not mean the owner is replaced or made unnecessary. It means the owner stops being the resolver of every problem, and the company stops being tied to which owner runs it.
Practical background
Rosty brings owner and CEO experience from operating businesses, not only from advising them. That experience is the reason the methodology is written from inside the company rather than from a consultant's seat.
Alongside it sits current professional work in finance and accounting: cloud accounting, full-cycle bookkeeping, managerial accounting, controllership and financial architecture, built on QuickBooks Online and Xero and inside the CPB and Xero professional ecosystems.

An AI-native finance and accounting business, rebuilt in public
Today Rosty is building an AI-native finance and accounting business as a practical demonstration of the broader Business as a System methodology. The value chain is being documented, the workflows that should be automated are being automated, review gates sit where professional judgment is required, and the period close is being made routine rather than heroic.
It is described as in progress because it is in progress. The point of a demonstration is that it can be inspected while it is being built.
