Who is responsible

This website is operated by Rosty Pavlovskyy in North America. Questions about privacy, and requests for access to or deletion of information, go to [email protected].

What the forms collect

The contact form collects:

• your name;
• your email address;
• which kind of contact you are — owner, partner, media, learner, or other;
• your message;
• the page the form was submitted from and the time of submission, so a reply has context.

The newsletter and waitlist form collects:

• your email address;
• which topic you are interested in;
• the fact, date and time of your consent, and the form it was given through.

Nothing else is collected. There is no phone number field, no file upload, no financial data collection, and no intake of tax or accounting records through this site. Please do not send account credentials, financial records or client data through a web form.

Why it is collected

Contact details are used to answer your message and to continue the conversation you started. Newsletter details are used to send the updates you asked for, and for nothing else. Your information is not sold, rented, or used for advertising.

Consent, and how to withdraw it

Newsletter consent is express: the checkbox is unticked by default, you tick it yourself, and it is never bundled into the contact form. Every commercial email carries the sender's identity, a physical mailing address, and a working unsubscribe link. Unsubscribe requests are honoured within 10 business days, and usually immediately. The date, time and method of each consent is recorded.

Analytics

This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not fingerprint visitors. It reports aggregate page views and performance. It does not identify you, and it does not follow you to other websites. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel and no tag manager on this site.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own and no tracking cookies. That is why there is no cookie banner — there is nothing to consent to.

Who processes your information

• Cloudflare hosts this site, serves it, and provides the cookieless analytics and the bot check on the forms.
• An email provider delivers form submissions to an operational inbox. The provider has not been chosen yet, and until it is, the forms on this site are inactive and no submissions are collected or stored. When a provider is selected, this page will name it before the forms are enabled.

How long it is kept

Form submissions are retained in the operational inbox for 24 months and then deleted. If a conversation becomes a client engagement, those records fall under the operating business's own retention policy rather than this site's.

Your rights

You may ask what information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, and ask for it to be deleted. Write to [email protected] and say which of those you want. A reply will come within 30 days.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it. Material changes will be stated plainly rather than absorbed silently.
